Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, has appointed Jaikin Jain a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, as Digital Marketing Manager for India, marking a significant milestone in his fast-rising career.
Jaikin represents a new generation of globally minded marketing professionals who are shaping the future of digital engagement.
In just five years since graduation, he has carved a niche for himself in the dynamic world of digital marketing, combining data-driven strategy with creative execution.
Jaikin began his journey with Schneider Electric as a Global Marketing Trainee during his internship in Hong Kong, where he gained hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions and developed a strong foundation in digital communication.
Following his graduation, he joined the Global Marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst, where he led performance analysis and data management initiatives to optimize global campaigns and accelerate lead generation.
In 2024, he was promoted to Manager – Field Operations Marketing Analyst, a pivotal role in which he spearheaded Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, leveraged tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, and supported regional teams in their digital transformation journeys.
Now, as Digital Marketing Manager for India, Jaikin is entrusted with driving Schneider Electric’s digital strategy in one of its most strategic markets. He leads SMA email marketing campaigns, champions data-led experimentation and A/B testing, and is focused on building innovative digital experiences that strengthen the brand’s presence and engagement across India.
Jaikin’s journey is a testament to the power of international education, adaptability, and a relentless drive to innovate in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
