Jessie Ponce MS Energie 2017, Director of Hydrogen Business Development - Air Liquide

Jessie Ponce, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, has just been appointed Business Development Director, Hydrogen Energy North and Central Europe at Air Liquide, a global leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and healthcare.

Graduated from the Specialized Master’s in Energy Management and Marketing in 2017, Jessie perfectly embodies GEM’s values: innovation, commitment and impact. Her rich and international career path reflects a constant desire to contribute to the energy transition and environmental protection.

“I am a nature lover, I grew up in the mountains and I see them changing every day. Energy transition is the greatest challenge of our time. And I want to be part of it!” she says.

Her commitment to a sustainable future began with her early experiences, notably in India with Schneider Electric, where she worked on solar energy access projects in remote villages. She then moved into key roles at  Air Liquide, where she led major projects related to clean hydrogen, carbon capture and sustainable mobility.

Jessie firmly believes that innovation and collaborative business models are the keys to a better world. Her appointment to this strategic position at Air Liquide marks a new step in her commitment to make energy transition a reality.
