This year, for the first time ever, Grenoble Ecole de Management invited all alumni to one giant school-wide GEM Gala at Grenoble’s Summum, an event that lived up to its promise of gathering more than 1,700 dinner guests and nearly 4,000 attendees to the reception that followed….all while earning an impressive 900,000 views on social media.
Alumni from all corners of the world came to welcome the new graduating class into the alumni network, celebrate their class reunions, represent their city’s alumni community, or just enjoy the night with friends!
For the first time ever, one giant school-wide GEM Gala united all Gala events that were previously celebrated separately (ESC, GGSB, and the “Gala du Réseau”) under one roof at Grenoble’s well-known venue – The Summum.
The GEM of the Year Awards Ceremony, traditionally took place during the Gala du réseau, but this year found a new setting.
Guests were happily surprised and felt proud to meet the “pioneers” of GEM’s first ever graduating class who were there to celebrate their 30 year reunion!
The hashtags #GEMgala and #GEMAlumni gave an impressive performance on social media, generating nearly 900,000 views and reaching more than 214,000 people.
