Amaury Marchal, PGE 2022, Director, Strategic Development & AI Factories at InferX AI

InferX AI, an innovative leader in the development of high-strategic-value artificial intelligence solutions, announces the appointment of Amaury Marchal as Director of Strategic Development & AI Factories.

An expert in AI ecosystems

Based in Paris, Amaury Marchal, a 2022 graduate of the PGE program, joined the Submer Group at InferX AI in March 2026.  

This appointment builds on a career dedicated to the development of AI ecosystems and sovereign computing infrastructures.

Before joining InferX AI, Amaury served for over two years as the head of economic policy for AI at the Ministry of the Economy, where he contributed to the implementation of France’s national strategy on artificial intelligence, particularly regarding national computing programs such as Jean Zay as well as European programs with EuroHPC. 

A Career Dedicated to Sovereign AI

Previously, Amaury worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in roles focused on business strategy and then strategic key account management. There, he developed strong expertise in HPC, critical infrastructure, and AI solutions.

His career began at KPMG as an IT Risk Consultant, where he conducted audits and provided consulting services in cybersecurity and information systems, and before that, he served in the National Gendarmerie.
