Angélique Longeray, PGE 2002, appointed Managing Director France at Groupe Atlantic
This appointment builds on a career spanning more than twenty-five years in innovative international industrial environments. Angélique Longeray joined Somfy in 2000, where she held a variety of sales and marketing positions within the French subsidiary before moving on to sales development roles across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In 2009, she became Group Strategic Marketing Director, before taking responsibility for the R&D division of one of the group's business units in 2014. In 2020, she was appointed Managing Director France for Somfy, followed by Managing Director Europe in 2024, before joining Groupe Atlantic in June 2026.
Upon taking up her new position, Angélique Longeray shared her enthusiasm for joining a company whose values closely align with her own convictions.
"I am joining a responsible and entrepreneurial group that builds long-term relationships with its employees," she explains, also highlighting "the quality of the welcome, the openness, the simplicity of exchanges, and the collective energy" she has experienced since her arrival.
For this GEM alumna, Groupe Atlantic's strengths lie not only in its industrial ambition but also in its commitment to developing increasingly efficient, accessible and low-carbon thermal comfort solutions. She also emphasizes the strength of the Group's portfolio of brands, including Atlantic, Thermor and Sauter, as well as their shared culture of proximity, commitment and customer passion.
Another decisive factor is Groupe Atlantic's strong industrial footprint in France, reflected in its manufacturing facilities, laboratories, training centers and field teams. This culture of industry and service particularly appealed to the new executive.
Beyond the strategic and industrial challenges, however, it was above all the human dimension that motivated her decision to join the company. As she puts it:
"Here, I find what often makes the difference: people, and the desire to move forward and grow together."
