On January 15, 2026, Benjamin Prades, PGE 1999, entrepreneur and founder of Kaïla, led a workshop on marketing and commercialization for GEM incubatees.

Meeting in person and remotely, the incubatees benefited from training combining theoretical input, practical exercises, and individualized discussions.

The goal: to offer young entrepreneurs a concrete and immediately actionable methodology to validate their marketing strategy and confidently begin meeting with their first customers.

Benjamin Prades: a successful brand builder

Since 2015, Benjamin has been at the helm of BEHAR and Kaïla, where he draws on his expertise in creating, managing, and relaunching consumer brands.

Based in the Lyon region, he has made a name for himself by revitalizing the iconic Tann's school bag brand before supporting other brands in their development on the French market. His approach combines creativity, pragmatism, and an understanding of local expectations.

A committed and hands-on entrepreneur, Benjamin is involved in all stages of brand development: strategy, positioning, partnerships, execution, and day-to-day resolution of challenges in the field.

Alumni expertise at the heart of support

The incubatees benefited from a practical perspective thanks to the experience of a graduate who had already proven himself in the field. Benjamin offered them advice that was immediately actionable and perfectly tailored to their challenges.
