Benoit Felix GEM PGE 1989, becomes Chairman of the Cegos Group.

Having been member of the Executive Board / Board of Directors / Board since 2014, Benoît Felix GEM PGE 1989 has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the Cegos Group, a worldwide leader in Learning & Development. He will take up his function as of 1 January 2021.


Benoît Felix becomes Chairman of the Cegos Group. 

Benoît Felix is 54 years old and joined Cegos in 2004 as the Group’s Administrative and Financial Director, before becoming a member of the Board in 2014. 

A graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management (1989), he began his career in the Auditing division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1994, he joined AMP as an EMEA Internal Auditor before becoming EMEA Financial Director in the company’s Aerospace division in 1995. In 1998, he became EMEA Manufacturing Controller at Tyco Electronics (following the acquisition of AMP by Tyco), and then joined Sofreavia (now Egis Avia) as Chief Financial Officer, a position he held from 1999 to 2004.


The Group's Board, chaired by Benoît Felix, remains composed of Annick Allégret, in charge of the Learning Offer and Delivery, and Guillaume Huot, in charge of Business Development.


Benoît Felix explains:

Throughout his career, he has provided us with the benefit of his in-depth knowledge of the learning business and market, as well as his understanding and vision of international business, not to mention his constant desire for cooperation, the sharing of ideas and his deep respect for the company’s teams. Under his impetus, Cegos has unquestionably accelerated its transformation, strengthening the Group’s international presence and digital capabilities. I am honoured by the responsibility entrusted to me and will put all my energy into continuing on this path.”
