Eloquant CEO, Alain Bouveret, has been exploring GEM's alumni world for 10 years

Alain Bouveret Grenoble Ecole de Management Class ESC 1987 collects and analyzes data for over 40% of the French Top 40 companies. Since 2006, he has been involved in the five yearly survey of GEM graduates.

At 50, Alain runs Eloquant, a company with a € 6.9 million turnover and 65 employees

Born from the merger of Interview SA, a customer focused company with multi-channel survey solutions, he founded in 2000,  and Eloquant which provides customer interaction management in cloud solutions, this Grenoble SME positions itself as a specialist of customer flow management (Entreprise Feedback System).

5 yearly survey

In 2006, the idea emerged to better understand our graduates and go beyond geographical analysis of their addresses or study of their social category. The goal was to sketch a portrait of the women and men who have been contributing, since 1987, to the growth and development of the companies that employ them.

As an alumni Alain made his software and expertise available to the alumni team and helped launch the first edition of what was to become a regular 5 yearly survey. 

2016 edition

10 years later, the 2016 survey has ambitious goals. The team expects more than 2,500 responses to this third edition. A high response rate will permit coherent statistical processing and find new angles to showcase GEM graduates.

The 2016 edition will be open from May 26th to June 31st to all 27,000 graduates of the GEM network. Each alumn will receive a unique link and personalized email. For those who do not receive this link, a support platform will be open as from 1st June 2016.
