Michael Leyrat-Savin, PGE 2013 Global Strategy Director at BIC

Michael Leyrat-Savin, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, has recently been appointed Global Strategy Director for BIC's Lighter division. He is responsible for defining and steering the global strategy of this division, the world leader in its market.


Since March 2025, Michael has overseen the development of the division's three-year strategic plan, based on in-depth internal and external analysis. He identifies priority growth levers across the different regions, designs local roadmaps, and works closely with the M&A teams to evaluate development opportunities.

Prior to this appointment, Michael was Global Senior Strategy Manager at BIC, which he joined in January 2023. He was also Strategy Manager at Intermarché, where he helped define the Group's strategic plan and structure cross-functional projects.

His career also includes several experiences in strategy consulting, notably with Nova Consulting and Wavestone.
