Nivetha Sivakumar, MSc 2022, Sustainability Manager – ESG Reporting and Engagements at DSV

Nivetha Sivakumar, a 2022 graduate of the MSc Innovation Strategy and Entrepreneurship at GEM, has just been appointed Sustainability Manager – ESG Reporting and Engagements at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Germany.


After more than two years at DB Schenker, where she played a key role in steering ESG reporting, optimizing sustainability data, and supporting the implementation of the CSRD, Nivetha is now joining DSV to strengthen the group’s ESG performance. She brings with her strong expertise in data governance, regulatory reporting, and the development of decision‑making tools.

Her international career — spanning AB InBev, Schneider Electric, and later DB Schenker — reflects her deep commitment to sustainable innovation and impact‑driven strategies within major global organizations.
