Saïd Saoudi, PGE 2020, Head of Finance & Operations Controlling at Air Liquide Santé à Domicile France

A graduate of the GEM PGE in 2020, Saïd Saoudi continues to advance in the fields of management control and corporate finance. He was recently appointed Head of Finance & Operations Controlling at Air Liquide Santé à Domicile (ALSD) France, marking another significant milestone in a career that has already been enriched by experience within major international industrial groups.


Since June 2026, Saïd Saoudi has been serving as Head of Finance & Operations Controlling at Air Liquide Santé à Domicile France (ALSD France). In this strategic role, he supports the company’s financial and operational performance management, helping guide decision-making in a period of transformation for the home healthcare sector. His responsibilities notably encompass financial oversight of investments in medical equipment, supply chain activities, and operational performance, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency across the organization.


A Career Built Within Leading French Industrial Groups

After completing an apprenticeship at Orano between 2019 and 2020 as a Project Cost Controller Apprentice, Saïd Saoudi joined Framatome immediately upon graduating from GEM. Over the following two years, he served as a Financial Controller within the Instrumentation & Control Business Unit, contributing to the financial oversight of activities generating approximately €400 million in revenue.

In October 2022, he joined Safran as Group IT Controller. For more than three years, he supported the Group’s Information Systems Department, overseeing financial management for an organization representing nearly €1 billion in expenditures. In this role, he contributed to the financial steering of key strategic initiatives, particularly those related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and critical IT infrastructure, helping ensure effective resource allocation and performance management across the function.

His appointment at Air Liquide therefore represents a new step in a professional journey characterized by rapid progression and a strong command of the financial challenges faced by major industrial organizations.

A graduate of GEM’s Grande École Program with a specialization in Corporate Finance, Saïd Saoudi exemplifies the ability of GEM alumni to thrive in complex, international environments where finance plays a key role in supporting business transformation and performance.
