Jean, grenoble école de management MSc in HPM Graduate,  brings over thirteen years of experience in international aid cooperation, and non-profits, thriving in senior leadership and advisory roles. Jean has overseen humanitarian operations in various countries e.g., DRC, Haiti, Iraq, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, Sudan, Tchad, Turkey etc.


Through the network of GEM alumni, Jean is looking for:

  • A business Partner with extensive experience in business development and passion for social and community driven initiatives
  • Donors, Philanthropists, Investors, who want to make a difference in supporting a sustainable project.
  • An e-learning platform developer or ready to use e-learning platform through which local and community- based organization can access free training in the areas of humanitarian logistics, M&E and organizational development.


Jean has long developed a vision and attitude to empower people and support community-driven initiatives, leading to the creation of wenable, through which Jean is helping organizations thrive through change and transformation.

wenable is an organizational effectiveness start-up, which offers tailor-made consulting services that enable organizational changes, promote community leadership and development.

wenable assists national and international non-profits in designing effective and best- value field operations and evaluate their performance. With a primary on developing the capacity of national, local, and community-based organization, wenable seeks to empower individuals and groups to become the effective change in their community and environment. 

wenable offers expertise in humanitarian logistics, monitoring & evaluation, staff training and development and community organization development.  

Currently, wenable is collaboratively working with GEM, on a Live Business Case, as unique mutual learning experience which involves students into strategic reflection on how to add value to social business organizations.
