Jefferies has further reinforced its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) capabilities in the Middle East with the appointment of Yasmine Fakir as Vice President in its ECM team, based in Dubai.

In her new role, Fakir will focus on advising corporate clients and financial sponsors on equity capital markets transactions, supporting origination and execution across initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and other equity-related financing solutions.
