Financing real estate operators (developers, property dealers) with bonds or shares through long-term financing (co-financed by banks) or cost price hedging (without bank support) for residential projects (collective housing, individual housing, land deficit) or tertiary projects (offices, warehouses).

Developping a network of real estate operators, identify their needs, structuring appropriate financing solutions, and manage=ing coordination with the investment division to obtain the necessary documentation for the audit, in collaboration with the development director.

Conducting an in-depth audit of investment files from a financial, administrative, legal, commercial, and economic perspective in order to propose the return that best suits the operator's capabilities and investors' expectations.

Selecting the best opportunities for presentation to the investment director during commitment committee meetings, then to partners during investment committee meetings.

Structuring a financing package in collaboration with the legal department.

Assessing the value of investments made for funds under management (FCPR/FCPI) on a half-yearly basis, contributing to strategic decision-making and sending reports to the statutory auditors

- Contributing monthly to the implementation and coordination of accounting closing, budgeting and consolidated reporting tasks

Participating in the launch of a new BackToFront service focused on developing a software for analyzing and simulating the performance of financial asset portfolios for internal and external clients (ALTO).

Main responsibilities: monitor the daily production of fund manager inventory data integrations for all of our external and internal clients. The aim is to ensure the quality of inventories before fund administrators carry out accounting, reporting, and risk assessment.
