As part of the local operations team, I lead the communications and marketing strategy for riders across France. My work spans end-to-end ownership of rider-facing messaging – including copywriting and validation of all communications (email, push, in-app, rider website) – as well as the design of all visual assets and management of our social media presence. I also oversee the distribution strategy and procurement of rider kit, and coordinate key engagement initiatives such as roadshows and rider forums.

I collaborate closely with the Central Ops teams in London, especially on CRM (Braze) and high-impact national projects, such as Deliveroo France’s 10-year anniversary campaign.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I act as a Mental Health POC and co-lead Deliveroo’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group in France – two commitments I deeply care about.
