Are you passionate about women's empowerment? Need a little guidance in your career or willing to mentor those who do?

Are you passionate about women's empowerment? Need a little guidance in your career or willing to mentor those who do?

At Grenoble Ecole de Management, we believe that both Men and Women need to work together to fight bias, stereotypes and create a more balanced workplace for the good of all. This is why we launched "WoMen @ GEM" in June 2017.

Our actions target staff, students, alumni and corporate partners and cover all aspects of life at Grenoble Ecole de Management: training & education, careers, research, workplace relations, and contribution to society at large.

To help galvanize this brand new initiative, GEM is teaming up with the GEM Alumni Association and Her Century, a global women’s empowerment organization, to launch the "WoMen @ GEM" - Alumni Club" with a series of mentoring and empowerment events for women.

You must sign up by September 15th to participate in this round of the mentoring program. The orange button to register is located at the top right of this page.

Interested in sharing your career development experience? Please sign up  to be a mentor.

Need career guidance? Please sign up to be a mentee.

No time to mentor but still want to participate? Sign up to give a short career development presentation at one of our meetings.

Please note that the number of participants/mentors is limited and, due to the nature of this flash mentoring initiative, we ask for a commitment of three sessions:

  • October 12th
  • November 9th
  • December 7th

There will be one additional onboarding event for mentors only on Thursday, October 5th.

Your community coordinators will be there to welcome you:

Caroline Billotte, GEM ESC 2010, VP GEM Alumni Association
Marianna Yanovskaya (Kalmykova), GEM MBA 2004
Daphné Gerenton, GEM ESC 2007
