Fouziya Bouzerda, GEM's Managing Director and Philippe Monin, Academic Director, will present the key points of our 2025-2030 strategic plan! This will be a great opportunity to discuss the essential role of alumni as ambassadors and key players in our community.
A few days ago, GEM unveiled its strategic plan to the higher education media. With this bold plan, the School positions itself as the Business School of the Alps, at the heart of transitions and innovation: EAGLE 2030 - Engaging The Alps in the GEM Learning Experience!
What is Eagle 2030?
As a symbol of our ambition and alpine roots, EAGLE 2030 represents GEM's commitment to excellence and its proactive approach to major transitions. Over the next five years, this strategic plan places the Alps at the core of an immersive and innovative learning experience (the GEM Learning Experience), guiding every learner towards a meaningful and impactful future.
This ambitious plan, structured around three pillars, reaffirms GEM as the Business School of Science, Transitions, and the Educational Journey, driven by a bold and transformative vision:
- The School transforms the educational experience with the innovative 60-20-20 concept, called the GEM ALPINE IMMERSIVE LEARNING JOURNEY.
- Science reflects our technological, industrial, and innovative DNA, which is deeply embedded in our unique partnership ecosystem—Europe's Silicon Valley.
- Finally, GEM anticipates Transitions for a sustainable future through centers of excellence focused on new forms of work, energy transition, and sustainable economic development, including the EnerG Institute, the Future of Work Institute, and the Moving Mountains Institute.
