Disabilities, gender, race, religion, socio-economic class, culture… Diversity is a fundamental part of our society. Yet despite policies, and sometimes regulations, designed to foster diversity within organizations, there is often a discrepancy between the implementation of such initiatives and how they are actually experienced. In this edition, our alumni share their variety of perspectives on the issue.
