COVER STORY - HR : new generations, new challenges!
Introduction by Pierre-Yves SANSÉAU,
Professor, Academic Director DBA USA at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
As the young generations of GEM graduates are increasingly looking for meaning and values when they enter the job market we thought it would be interesting to compare their points of view. Are the issues the same everywhere? Through 6 interviews, we offer you a short journey around the world in this report dedicated to HR.
PERSPECTIVES - When younger generations challenge recruiters
Aware of the challenges of climate change, more and more young graduates are not willing to enter the job market at all costs. The confrontation between younger generations and companies, even if, right now it is just beginning, is likely to become increasingly tense in the future. Here are two perspectives from an alumnus from GEM's first graduating class, Pierre PERRON, GEM PGE 1987, now CEO of Electrolux France, and a 2020 graduate looking for a job, Amélie DELOCHE, GEM PGE 2020.
