During 10 brief online career sessions in English you will learn about resources, how to approach the job market efficiently, how to interview etc.
The speakers will share their experience as HR professionals in order to boost your job search.

Monday March 12th

Caroline Blazy started her career as HR manager for international companies (premium logistics, Bayer, sanofi pasteur) within multicultural and international teams. She handled many HR fields such as recruitment, people development, career management, compensation & benefits, HR IS, international mobility.
In 2012, she started to work as a free lance consultant on international mobility matters and career management for GEM Alumni and keeps on accompanying them in group or individually. Her other clients are professionals, managers and organisations facing transition phases in multicultural and/or complex contexts.
Certified coach (V. Lenhardt), Caroline Blazy is also MBTI® certified practitioner and Associate Consutant for OPP France.

Global overview of the current job market : where to identify offers and how to approach the hidden market. We will go through the ressources and tools that GEM give you acces to and also cover some external resources.

Speaker: Rikke Smedebol is Career Development Manager and in charge of job search courses at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She has worked in various areas such as marketing, exports and sales administration and joined the Career Team at GEM in 2003.  In this team she has been in charge of recruitment event organization, corporate relations, team management and training. She has a CCS coach certification and is currently aiming for a postgraduate certificate in Career and talent Management at Kingston University.

I had the chance to work in very diverse functions : Sales, Procurement, Strategic Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Major Accounts, Global Programs, Management, Strategy, being part of the Board... As a GEM Alumni, I have preserved a strong link with the school, participating to the entry and exit selection and to the Entrepreneurship Master jury since 1992. I have also been a campus manager, preferred link between GEM and some enterprises. I am a coach and a trainer. I support managers, teams, individuals or students in building their professional project. I also am a consultant on change management. I coach managers and teams on their leadership posture, on team cohesion, company culture, change management or performance increase, by endeavoring to make it possible for all to find meaning and enjoy doing more and better.
