Rikke Smedebol is Career Development Manager and in charge of job search courses at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She has worked in various areas such as marketing, exports and sales administration and joined the Career Team at GEM in 2003. In this team she has been in charge of recruitment event organization, corporate relations, team management and training. She has a CCS coach certification and is currently aiming for a postgraduate certificate in Career and talent Management at Kingston University.
