Résumé
Every strategy presentation in the boardroom ends with WHAT to achieve; my work begins there. I turn strategy into execution and deliver the HOW. I co-founded and ran an FMCG distribution business in India, then moved to France for my MBA at Grenoble École de Management and joined the global footwear brands Palladium and K-Swiss, rising to lead business operations. Today I optimize the brand's end-to-end operations, aligning sales, product, purchasing, supply chain, customer service and IT with executive strategy, focusing on operational excellence and measurable business value. My career has been built across international, multicultural teams and markets. I champion AI-assisted productivity: self-taught, using AI daily to automate data analysis, Excel modelling and executive presentations.
