The Global Futures Society (GFS) seeks to foster global collaboration among foresight practitioners, thinkers, and innovators to shape a sustainable and inclusive future. GFS connects futurists individuals and organisations across sectors, regions, and disciplines, offering a platform for knowledge exchange, partnership building, and the co-creation of innovative foresight initiatives.

Association de loi 1901, regroupant à la fois des membres individuels et des institutions, la Société Française de Prospective est un espace de dialogue entre les prospectivistes, la société civile et les institutions dans une perspective pluraliste interdisciplinaire et internationale.

Fondée en 2013, elle est aussi la « maison commune » – le lieu de rassemblement – de l’ensemble des personnes ou communautés travaillant dans le domaine de la prospective ou intéressées à son développement en France et à son rayonnement à l’international.
Elle a vocation à s’impliquer dans tous les domaines de la prospective – qu’il s’agisse de la prospective des politiques publiques ou de celle des entreprises ou organisations, de la prospective territoriale ou de celle des problèmes globaux, environnementaux ou géopolitiques. Cela se traduit par la mise en place de Commissions thématiques spécialisées.

Enfin, elle entretient des liens privilégiés avec quelques partenaires institutionnels ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des communautés de prospective françaises – rassemblées dans le Collège de Prospective qu’elle anime.

The Next Generation Foresight Practitioners (NGFP) programme exists to accelerate the transformative potential of the next generation of changemakers envisioning inclusive and equitable futures globally.

The programme supports them by driving their integral role in agenda-setting and connecting them with today’s decision-makers. With over 500 members from more than 80 countries across six continents, the NGFP network is one of the largest global networks of future-alert activists and practitioners in the world.

The programme recognises future-alert activists through the NGFP awards. It supports the awardees and a wider sensing network to take their work forward, to gain new exposure, to connect and collaborate, and to continue on their foresight journey.

This includes projects exploring what a healthy digital society looks like in African communities, a pilot leadership development programme to support foresight activists in Africa, and a collaboration with Enquire to connect NGFP fellows to business leaders internationally, as well as a new podcast series and other opportunities to showcase their work.
