Hypno'tizz, the Student Union of Grenoble École de Management, plays an essential role as a bridge between the administration and the other 21 associations within the school. Its objective is to assist these associations in organizing and promoting their diverse events.

At the heart of the student life at GEM, this association comprises 44 second-year members. They orchestrate numerous events to energize the student community.

The Campaign Division:

This division is dedicated to organizing the upcoming election for the Student Union of Grenoble École de Management. This initiative takes the form of the largest Student Union election campaign in France. Spanning over 6 months, this campaign involves dozens of events, both organized by the division itself and by over 300 participants grouped into 8 distinct lists.

This internship involved organizing the reception of over 3000 candidates who were eligible for Grenoble École de Management's Grande Ecole program after passing their written exams.

Organizing and managing various dining options offered to candidates on the eve or evening of their oral exams. During the 4 weeks of oral exams, 830 individuals were able to enjoy our 4 partner restaurants.

Arranging and handling the possibility for candidates to stay in vacant student dormitories at low costs. This offer benefited 130 people, totaling over 180 nights.

Ambassadors Team:

The Ambassadors Team is responsible for managing the logistical aspects, both upstream and downstream, of ambassador missions, whether they take the form of physical or virtual events. Our mission involves sourcing students to represent and promote Grenoble École de Management's programs, providing them with the necessary promotional kits, handling transportation logistics, and ensuring exemplary follow-up for each mission. Additionally, our team actively seeks to engage with new higher education institutions for the creation of new missions and to explore innovative promotion strategies.

Key Accomplishments:

Successfully managing logistics for over 200 events within a single academic year.
Maintaining a registry of over 300 dedicated ambassadors.
Successfully initiating outreach efforts with higher education institutions to establish new missions.

As a waiter in a student bar, I juggle between serving meals at lunchtime and managing the bar during lively evenings. My main aim is to make sure that students have a good time by providing fast, friendly and quality service.
As well as my role as a waiter, I have the opportunity to promote the bar's events on social networks. My aim is to inform my fellow students about the different events organised each week.

As a Project Manager within IncubaGEM, I had the opportunity to work with a team of 10 people to promote GEM's Incubator during my first year in the Grande Ecole program at Grenoble École de Management. We coordinated our efforts to enhance the visibility of the incubator, manage social media presence, and prepare the recruitment campaign for future incubatees. We played a key role in presenting and promoting the projects already incubated.
