Élodie Garcia, a graduate of the Grande École Program at Grenoble École de Management (GEM) in 2002, has just been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Airbus Helicopters China, in Hong Kong.
With over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, Élodie Garcia has built an impressive international career within the Airbus Group, marked by increasing responsibilities and recognized financial expertise.
Prior to this appointment, she held the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Airbus’s Commercial Aircraft Division since 2021. She also served as Senior Corporate Auditor, following several key roles in Australia, including Manager Finance & Controlling Governmental Helicopters and Programme Finance & Contract Controller at Airbus Helicopters in Brisbane.
Her career began at Naval Group, where she worked as Manager Programme Controlling for the Torpedoes Business Unit, before joining Airbus in 2008.
Airbus Helicopters, formerly known as Eurocopter, is one of the three main subsidiaries of the European Airbus Group. It specializes in the manufacturing of civilian and military helicopters and is headquartered in Marignane, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in France.
