Alice Wintz ,PGE 2007, Director of Financial Affairs - EFS (Etablissement Français du Sang)
Alice Wintz graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management and began her career in financial auditing before dedicating most of her professional journey to administrative and financial roles within major corporations.
Alice has held various leadership positions in management control, budget monitoring, financial analysis, and supporting executive teams in tracking and implementing business plans.
Alice Wintz started her career at the ETAM Group in 2005, then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2007 as a financial auditor. In 2012, she moved to Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs group as a financial controller, later becoming Head of Operations Management Control until 2018. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Nohée, a subsidiary of the Altarea Group, which develops and operates serviced residences for seniors.
She joined the EFS (French Blood Establishment) as Director of Financial Affairs on September 15, 2025, succeeding Nathalie Serre.
The EFS (Établissement Français du Sang) is France’s national blood service. Its primary mission is to supply the country with blood products, with the support of donors, donor associations, and many other partners. EFS also invests in a wide range of activities, including medical biology testing, cell and tissue therapy, and research.
