After having defined the key terms Luxury and digital, our guest: Agnès Vissoud,  Digital Innovation Director at Louis Vuitton will comment on the different types of shared contents, on the relevance of digital in luxury and through examples from her experience, on the most important countries with a focus on China and its peculiarities.
It will also address the topic of external and internal influencers and we will make an opening on innovation including AI, Blockchain and connected objects.ent l’IA, la Blockchain et les objets connectés.

Agnès Vissoud, GEM PGE 1995, Digital Innovation Director at Louis Vuitton
Graduated from Grenoble Business School, Agnès began her career in England at Polk International, working for Ford Europe on setting up an innovative personalized European loyalty program. 

After ten years on the Agency side, where successively Agnès directs the marketing intelligence entity & co-directing the relationship marketing entity of DraftFcb by working for Monoprix, Le printemps, Mercedes, then takes the direction of the consulting division of Ogilvy Paris by accompanying brands such as Coca-Cola, IBM, Nestle in change driving programmes. 
In 2011, she took charge of the Louis Vuitton Experience and Performance Digital division, as Director of Experience and Digital Performance. It defines the strategic axes, the services diffused by the brand within the digital ecosystem. Upstream of the projects, it decrypts the trends, and analyzes the new challenges by feeding the digital teams, downstream, it measures the impact of the actions carried out all this in a virtuous circle. 

Its role today is a role focused on innovation, connected objects, digital transformation, based for some applications on AI or  Blockchain technologies, as Digital Innovation Director.

In 2015, she created and organized the first Luxury Industry Hackathon at the heart of Asnières' historic workshops at Louis Vuitton. Building on the success of this event, she created and led the Louis Vuitton lab, implementing a cultural transformation program, aimed at all employees of the house: workshops, regions (China, Japan, United States, Europe ..) and central functions of the headquarters.

She creates new forms of recruitment (methods and profiles), establishes strategic partnerships (Schools, Start ups and web giants), and adopts working methods of the "design thinking" type based on collaborative intelligence, and client centric.

Isabelle Chaboud, GEM PGE 1992, Program Director of the MSc Fashion Design & Luxury Manangement at GEM and since September 2019 leading the MBA Brand & Luxury Management specialization.
She is also Associate Professor in the Accounting  Law and Finance Department. Her main areas of expertise are financial auditing and strategic-financial analysis of companies, especially in the luxury sector.
Before joining GEM in 2001, Isabelle was a financial audit manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Isabelle teaches primarily in MBA, MSc in Finance, MSc in Fashion Design and Luxury Management in Grenoble, Paris, Berlin, Tbilisi… and is also a visiting lecturer for other institutions such as Sotheby's Institute of Art in London or Ulster Business School in Ireland.
She graduated from GEM and HEC Paris Executive Education for the International Teachers Program. She lived in the United Kingdom for more than three years, two years in Germany and a year in Spain and the United States.
