François‑Xavier Dehay joined SEB in 2022 as Group Purchasing Director for Logistics and Industry, where he and his team managed more than €1 billion in purchases in strategic categories such as maritime and air transport, energy, storage, and industrial investments. His rise to responsibility has accelerated recently with his appointment as Global Supply Chain Operations VP, overseeing global supply chain operational issues.
Before joining SEB, he built up solid expertise in a variety of environments: Supply Chain Director at FOCAL, European Logistics Purchasing Manager at Danone, then Supply Planning Manager. He also held key positions in purchasing and transport management at ID Logistics, where he contributed to the award-winning Danone Waters – ID Logistics project at the Rois de la Supply Chain awards.
With more than ten years of experience covering all links in the logistics chain—S&OP, purchasing, transformation, warehouse management, flow optimization, and international team management—François-Xavier brings to Groupe SEB a strategic vision combined with solid operational expertise.
