Jean-François Allin, PGE 2002, appointed Director of Communications for DPNT at EDF
Graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, Jean-François Allin has just been promoted to Director of Communications for EDF's Nuclear and Thermal Park Division (DPNT), in this position since December 2024.
Jean-François reports directly to Cédric Lewandowski, Group Executive Vice President in charge of the Nuclear and Thermal Production Division.
With over 25 years' experience in the energy sector, Jean-François Allin recently took over as head of communications for EDF's Nuclear and Thermal Generation Division (DPNT). Prior to this, he headed communications at Dalkia, the EDF Group's energy services subsidiary, for 4 years.
A career serving the energy transition
A specialist in crisis management, communications strategy, digital strategy and media relations, Jean-François Allin acquired these skills within various EDF Group entities. He has also taken a keen interest in energy transition, a subject he particularly championed during his time at EDF Réunion, where he piloted innovative projects in energy efficiency, renewable energies, smart grids and electric mobility.
At DPNT, Jean-François Allin puts his expertise at the service of strategic project communication, while consolidating EDF's commitment to energy transition and corporate social responsibility.
EDF is France's incumbent electricity supplier, renowned for its regulated tariffs. With 23 million electricity customers, the company stands out for its wide range of offers, including green options and fixed prices.
