Loïc Amiand, PGE 2010, Head of Legal Affairs Mergers and Acquisitions for Airbus

Loïc Amiand, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, has been appointed Head of Legal Affairs Mergers and Acquisitions at Airbus.

This appointment marks a new stage in a career rich in legal and M&A expertise.

Before taking up this position, Loïc had been Head of Legal at Airbus Defence and Space SAS - Space Systems since 2021, after having served as Senior Legal Counsel and Coordinator of the “Telecom & Navigation Satellites” Business Line for over five years.

His career began in the international legal field, with experiences at Capgemini, Materis and then ParexGroup. He continued his career at Airbus in 2016, where he quickly rose through the ranks.
