Emma George, GEM 2015, Leadership Playground Director at the LEGO Group
Emma George, certified of Grenoble Ecole de Management, was appointed Leadership Playground Director at the LEGO Group in London last February.
In this role, she is responsible for designing and implementing the LEGO Group's leadership culture, in collaboration with a community of Playground Builders.
The Leadership Playground program aims to encourage leadership behaviors based on boldness, curiosity, courage and focus, essential values in leadership.
I’m absolutely thrilled to step into what might just be the most awesome role ever — the Leadership Playground Director! (I’m biased, but who can blame me?)
Prior to joining LEGO, Emma held a number of strategic positions in the field of cultural transformation and leadership development. Most notably, she was Solutions Director - Behavioural Science at MindGym, where she helped implement behavioural change programs for FTSE 100 and S&P 100 companies.
She also worked for nearly eight years at EY, where she supported organizations in their transformation and change management strategies.
