Maria Teresa Galati, MSc FDLM 2022, Talent Acquisition & HR Project Manager at HUGO BOSS
Maria Teresa Galati, a graduate of GEM's MSc Fashion, Design & Luxury Management (FDLM) program (class of 2022), has just been appointed Talent Acquisition & HR Project Manager, a key step in a career already marked by solid experience with major players in the fashion and luxury sector.
Before joining HUGO BOSS, Maria Teresa held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at CELINE for nearly three years (2023–2025). There, she carried out key assignments in recruitment, HR project management, and disability policy, while consolidating her expertise in supporting retail and corporate teams.
Prior to that, she worked for the Kering Group as Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist in Milan (2022–2023). She was part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise for Italy and Switzerland, where she was responsible for implementing the recruitment process for four business units (Finance & Audit, Technology & Digital, Corporate, Operations & Logistics), sourcing talent for various positions, and conducting employer branding initiatives with partner universities.
Her career in the fashion and luxury sector began at Claudie Pierlot, where she held the position of HR & Retail Coordinator Northern Europe. There, she coordinated HR operations for more than 30 stores in seven countries, managed the entire recruitment process, and liaised between the sales, HR, and payroll teams.
