Deloitte has just announced the appointment of Pascal Cange, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, to the position of Partner, Global Trade Advisory Leader, where he now heads up international trade activities in the Middle East.

With over two decades of experience in international trade and customs advisory, Pascal has built a distinguished career helping both private and public sector clients navigate complex cross-border trade environments.

A certified lawyer in both Paris and Beirut, he brings a unique legal and strategic perspective to global trade challenges, specializing in procurement and supply chain structuring, business transformation, and customs dispute resolution.



Delivering Impact Across the GCC

Pascal’s impact in the region is significant. He has led high-profile engagements including a global trade and customs optimization project for a GCC national oil company, targeting USD 150 million in savings through a streamlined customs model.


His work with government entities has also contributed to a 30% increase in trade flow volumes in one GCC member state, and he has successfully represented major exporters in trade remedy cases with outcomes exceeding USD 80 million.



Academic Credentials and Industry Recognition

Holding dual Master’s degrees in WTO & EU Law and International Business from France, Pascal is a recognized thought leader in his field. He frequently speaks at major industry events such as the GCC Tax Forums and the Global Summit for Indirect Tax and Global Trade.
