Jordan Defas, PGE 2012, People Development & Culture Director - Doctolib

Jordan Defas, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, has just been appointed People Development & Culture Director at Doctolib, the European leader in e-health. This appointment marks a new stage in the career of a professional renowned for his expertise in talent development and cultural transformation.

With over four years of experience at Doctolib, Jordan has risen through the ranks of the Human Resources Department, moving from Head of Talent & Managers Development to Learning & Development Director, before taking up his current position. He now leads a team of over 30 employees based in Paris, Berlin, Milan, and Amsterdam, serving the company's 3,000 employees.

His scope covers strategic issues such as:

Before Doctolib, Jordan held key positions in various companies, from Le Slip Français to Sandoz and Bel, where he led major HR transformation projects. 

He spoke at GEM, where he shared his knowledge on topics such as feedback, change management, work-life balance, and crisis management.
