Vanessa Pageot, PGE 2003, Head of Transformation at La Redoute

La Redoute has announced the appointment of Vanessa Pageot, a graduate of GEM, as Head of Transformation. This appointment marks a new milestone in a career already marked by significant strategic responsibilities within the group.


Since February 2026, Vanessa Pageot, a 2003 PGE graduate, has been leading La Redoute’s comprehensive transformation in close collaboration with the Chief Transformation Officer. 

Her mission: to accelerate the company’s financial, operational, and cultural transformation and to develop an ambitious roadmap within the Finance Department. The goal is clear: to make a lasting contribution to the group’s overall performance and its ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.


A career at La Redoute marked by growth, impact, and international expansion

Vanessa joined La Redoute in 2020 and has held key roles in international development, non-financial performance, and B2C strategy.


  • Head of Non-Financial Performance (2024–2026):
    She led the implementation of the group’s ESG management system, in compliance with the CSRD directive, working closely with the Finance and Sustainability teams. She helped strengthen the company’s social and environmental impact while ensuring the quality of non-financial data and its integration into internal and external communications.
  • International Development Director (2023–2024):
    She led La Redoute’s international expansion, structuring growth in new markets through B2C and partnerships, while supporting the teams’ skill development amid rapid expansion.
  • Country Leader Italy then Head of B2C Development (2020–2023):
    Vanessa notably launched and structured the business in Italy, opened a local office in Milan, and laid the groundwork for growth models that could be replicated in other strategic markets.


Extensive expertise in transformation and performance management

Prior to joining La Redoute, Vanessa accumulated over ten years of experience, including five years at KIABI in financial and digital roles, eventually rising to the position of CFO of digital operations. There, she combined financial management, omnichannel strategy, and P&L optimization in a sector undergoing rapid digital transformation.

Her career has also been enriched by international experience in Canada at Freemark Apparel Brands, Bench, Scotch & Soda, and Jacob, where she developed solid expertise in business development, financial planning, resource allocation, and retail expansion.
