After spending the first part of her HR career accompanying different types of changes in companies (HR reorganizations, changes of management, cultural transformations) in a high-tech and international context, she has acquired an appetite for breakthrough situations and solid skills to tackle any type of issue with serenity and optimism.
Once she obtained her certification as a professional coach, she launched her activity first in Vietnam (where she lived), then from France with a portfolio of clients moving between France and Vietnam, by proposing a tailor-made, accessible and pragmatic offer: Move The Lines.
