Nomination: Florent Guillet-Caillot, GEM PGE 2010, is promoted to Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff, Global Supply Chain at Estée Lauder

Florent Guillet-Caillot will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of the Global Supply Chain strategy.

Before joining Estée Lauder Companies in 2016, Florent worked for P&G in Geneva for 6 years where he held a variety of roles spanning from chemicals, packaging and eventually third party manufacturing Purchases to wider supply chains responsibilities such as supply network optimization and divestiture lead. Prior to that he had the chance to work at the Renault Nissan Alliance as sourcing manager in Paris as well as completed an apprenticeship at Alstom Power Grenoble.

After a 2 years technology degree (DUT) in Business Management, Florent continued with a Bachelor at the Fachhoschule Münster in Germany and then joined GEM graduating with a double MSc diploma in Business and Supply Chain Management.

In May 2021, he was appointed to Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff, Global Supply Chain at The Estée Lauder Companies. Prior to taking on this role, he served as Plant Manager of Estée Lauder Companies’ manufacturing facility in Lachen, Switzerland, where he was responsible for overseeing the approximately 250 employee manufacturing sites to deliver strong enhancements across environmental health and safety (EHS), quality, cost, people and delivery. He also initiated and led the Global Supply Chain fragrance strategy focusing on business continuity, agility, cost, innovation and service. Prior to this role, Florent served as Executive Director, Third-Party Manufacturing Supply Chain and played a vital role in creating an integrated supply chain management process to improve performance across EMEA.
