Pascal Imbert, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Management Board at Wavestone
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from Télécom ParisTech, Pascal Imbert began his career in 1980 in R&D at Télésystèmes, a Digital Services company absorbed since then by Atos, and then in 1988 he started working at Cirel Systèmes, manufacturer of telecommunications products.
He founded Wavestone with Michel Dancoisne in 1990 and jointly run the development of the company for 12 years. He became Wavestone's Chairman of the Management Board in 2002, while Michel Dancoisne becomes Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Pascal Imbert has been President of MiddleNext, a representative association of medium-sized stocks listed in France, from 2010 to 2014, and is the Director of the Axway software publisher since 2011.
