Become a PGE Admissions Jury Member: An Inspiring Experience at the Heart of the GEM Community
Each year, Grenoble Ecole de Management launches its recruitment campaign for the Programme Grande École admissions jurys. More than 700 professionals get involved annually to support and evaluate candidates — and among them, many GEM Alumni.
Why not you this year?
A human, professional… and unforgettable experience
Being a jury member is not just about evaluating a candidate. It’s about spending a day filled with meaningful conversations, authentic encounters, and moments that go beyond the usual professional framework. Many participants describe an experience far richer than expected.
GEM Alumni: A key role
This year, we aim to strengthen the presence of our graduates. Today, over 30% of our jury members are GEM Alumni, and your presence truly makes a difference:
- It reassures candidates
- It highlights the expertise and diversity of GEM career paths
- It strengthens intergenerational connections within our community
Your journey matters. Your perspective counts. Even without recruitment experience, your contribution is invaluable.
Sessions available online or in Grenoble
Your are fluent in French ? You can get involved according to your availability:
- Online sessions (videoconference)
- In-person sessions on the Grenoble campus
A few hours of your time… for a truly impactful experience.
Already a jury member? Spread the word!
Every year, many professionals join after hearing about the experience from someone they trust. If you’ve already taken part, sharing your insight could inspire other Alumni to get involved.
Jury members often return year after year, drawn by:
- the quality of the conversations,
- candidates’ enthusiasm and energy,
- and the desire to contribute to the GEM community.
