Marie Poulle and Gilles Moreau from Lancey Energy Storage pitched for the MIT GSW competition and won second place in the Sustainable Society StartUp Challenge

Marie Poulle, GEM MSE 2015, is the Marketing and Communications Manager of Lancey Energy Storage. She was part of the team, with Gilles Moreau, that pitched however she did clearly outline she is neither the founder nor the head of the company.

“After completing the GEM entrepreneurship master's program, I ran my own startup for four years. After this enriching experience, I joined the startup Lancey Energy Storage a few months ago to participate in the ecological transition. I needed to use my skills to build a more sustainable society, an absolute necessity that seems obvious to me right now. I am convinced that startups have an important role to play in this societal change. And I am proud that the MIT jury recognized the relevance of Lancey’s solution to achieve this environmental and social transition for our society.”
