Coline Pont, PGE 2016, Chief Sustainability Officer - Accor
Coline Pont, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, was appointed Director of Sustainable Development and member of the Group Management Board at Accor last July.
She began her career in venture capital and audit before moving into procurement, where she built a strong track record across leading companies including Bouygues Telecom, Accor, and AXA. Throughout her journey, Coline has consistently driven innovation and transformation, with a particular focus on embedding sustainability into procurement practices.
At Bouygues Telecom, she took on her first procurement role and pioneered inclusive sourcing initiatives, eventually becoming Head of Procurement for Access Devices. In 2016, she joined Accor as Chief Procurement Officer for Southern Europe and Global Strategic Sourcing. There, she led major ESG initiatives across the supply chain, including carbon offsetting, local sourcing, and plastic reduction.
In January 2023, Coline was appointed Group Chief Procurement Officer at AXA, overseeing a team of around 400 people. She has been instrumental in accelerating the transformation of this function, notably in maximizing the leverage of AXA’s scale, in improving the company’s economic performance and in launching its first Sustainable Procurement strategy to support AXA’s decarbonization.
For years, Coline has been a guest lecturer at ESSEC Business School and an active member of the European Tech Corporate Community.
In July 2025, she rejoined Accor as Group Chief Sustainability Officer and became a member of the Group Management Board.
