Pierre-Adrien Grange, MIB 2013, Country Lead - Microsoft Luxembourg
With 15 years of experience in the country, Pierre-Adrien embodies a new strategic phase for the American technology giant, in a context marked by the rise of artificial intelligence and the challenges of digital sovereignty.
Originally from Le Puy-en-Velay, he has built a solid career in the technology sector, notably at Orange, Oracle, and then Microsoft, where he supported European institutions and major Luxembourg accounts in their transition to the cloud and AI.
“Luxembourg offers a unique environment for innovation,” Pierre-Adrien emphasizes. “I am honored to be able to contribute to Microsoft's development in this country, alongside a remarkable team...”
His appointment comes at a key moment, as the Digital Sovereignty 2030 plan stimulates national initiatives around data, the cloud, and artificial intelligence.
Microsoft, in partnership with its rich ecosystem of local partners, is ideally positioned to play a multifaceted role as an ally: a world-class technology player, aligned with European values, and firmly committed to supporting the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in its ambition for leadership in the digital age.
A Foundational Experience at GEM
Before joining some of the world’s leading tech companies, Pierre-Adrien Grange completed the MIB (Master in International Business) program at Grenoble École de Management. This international curriculum marked a turning point in both his professional and personal journey.
“Participating in the MIB program was a profoundly transformative experience. Immersed in an environment of exceptional cultural richness, I learned to listen attentively, adapt to diverse contexts, and collaborate with people as different as they were inspiring. This diversity helped me develop valuable relational agility in my professional life. But beyond the skills, the MIB gave me something priceless: lifelong friendships. Fifteen years later, and after attending a dozen MIB weddings, I realize just how much this program shaped not only my career but also my personal circle. A beautiful adventure.”
This testimony illustrates the lasting impact of the MIB program, which continues to shape the paths of its graduates long after their time at GEM.
