On the occasion of the French "Fête de la Musique", we shine a light on three unique journeys where a passion for music has evolved into a true life project.

Meet Jérôme Voisin, Simon Nodet, and Arthur Porro de Bailliencourt — three graduates of Grenoble Ecole de Management who each embody, in their own way, boldness, creativity, and commitment. From the stage to the studio, from Paris to Berlin, their journeys reflect the richness of paths our alumni can take when music becomes a driving force in their careers.

Arthur Porro de Bailliencourt, PGE 2019 : Electronic music as a language, Berlin as a playground

A graduate of GEM, Arthur Porro de Bailliencourt made the bold decision to fully dedicate himself to his lifelong passion: music. After intensive training in music production, he launched his artistic project hape. in 2021, with a debut track, “Greatness”, created during an artist residency.

Now based in Berlin, he has developed a unique sonic universe blending electronic sounds, groove, and organic textures, which he shares on stage in the clubs of the German capital. In parallel, he collaborates with other artists, notably producing “Kamia Epafi” for Kalena, a semi-finalist on The Voice Greece, and composing for audiovisual projects ranging from documentaries to advertising — including a documentary directed by Clément Godet, PGE 2019.

To support his artistic development, Arthur worked freelance for a music library before joining a Berlin-based company specializing in digital marketing for film and television. A path that allows him to combine creativity, independence, and business expertise.

Based in Berlin, hape. continues his musical journey as a producer and composer. He collaborates with artists and audiovisual professionals while developing his own label, Undefined Recordings, dedicated to his productions and those of artists close to his universe.

Each week, he shares his inspirations through Undefined Radio, a music podcast broadcast on his YouTube channel. His latest track, “Home”, is a tribute to Berlin — a city that deeply shapes his artistic identity.

Jérome Voisin, PGE 2004 : A sonic identity in service of emotion

After graduating from GEM, Jérôme Voisin began his career in technology transfer in London — a first professional step that never distanced him from his true passion: music.

Upon returning to France, he founded his first band, Roken is Dodelijk, with which he released several EPs and performed in iconic venues such as the Bataclan and the Rock en Seine festival, gaining recognition across European stages.

But Jérôme didn’t stop there. With his second musical project, GYM, he continued to captivate audiences. The group performed at major venues like the Zénith de Paris, and their track “Radar Radar” became the theme song for the iconic Grand Journal on Canal+. Their cover of the cult hit “Your Woman” by White Town has surpassed 10 million streams and was recently featured in the film Birds of Paradise.

A multifaceted creative, Jérôme also composes for theater — notably for the Compagnie des Docks at the Avignon Festival — and for brands such as Pimkie. He is passionate about music for visual media and sound design. In 2025, he composed the musical identity for the podcast “Nos Chaînons Invisibles”, which explores the stories of children born under X in France.

“I try to bring a human touch and a strong identity to the projects I collaborate on, to serve their message as faithfully as possible,” he says.

Through his journey, Jérôme embodies the GEM spirit: boldness, creativity, and commitment. This Fête de la Musique, we celebrate not only a talented artist but also a graduate who turned his passion into a meaningful career.

Simon Nodet, PGE 2003 : From indie rock to France’s biggest stages

After graduating from GEM, Simon Nodet took an unconventional path — the stage. As a founding member of the indie rock band RHESUS, he toured extensively, performing over 300 concerts and appearing at major festivals such as Vieilles Charrues, Solidays, Rock en Seine, Paléo Festival, The Great Escape, and Eurosonic.

This intense artistic adventure lasted until 2008.

Following his first life as a musician, Simon brought his expertise to the music industry. He first joined the label April 77 Records, then worked as a project manager for the live production company Le Périscope.

In 2011, he joined W Spectacle, the live division of Wagram Music, as a sales manager. Four years later, he became its director.

Today, Simon leads a structure that produces concerts for over a hundred artists across diverse musical genres, including Jérémy Frérot, Ayo, Pierre de Maere, Suzane, Biga*Ranx, Julien Granel, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Gringe, and many more.
