Victoria Harding, GEM 2013, Global Senior Marketing Manager - AI Experimentation & Innovation at eBay

Victoria, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management, has just been appointed Global Senior Marketing Manager - AI Experimentation & Innovation (AWF) at eBay in London.

Since joining eBay in 2023, Victoria has successively held the positions of CRM Marketing Manager, then Channel Strategy Manager, before becoming head of this division dedicated to AI experimentation and innovation. 

Her career is also marked by key experiences at renowned agencies such as DEPT®, where she supported eBay as Senior Account Director, as well as leadership roles at Clearly, Obakki and tentree.

With a strong international background, from Canada to the UK, and an approach that combines creativity, data and a keen sense of customer experience, Victoria embodies a new generation of innovation marketing talent on a global scale.
