Grégoire Luft, PGE 1996, Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development and Overseas at Petit Forestier Group

Petit Forestier Group announces the appointment of Grégoire Luft, a graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Managment, as Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Development and Overseas, a strategic position within the Group Executive Committee.

With his solid international experience, Grégoire will play a strategic and operational role in the Group's growth. He will steer the development of activities in all markets outside Europe, with the aim of strengthening the Group's global position.

Grégoire had already held the position of Head of M&A and Corporate Development at Petit Forestier since September 2023, before being promoted in April 2025 to his new responsibilities, which also include overseeing international operations.

Prior to joining Petit Forestier, he was M&A Director at Point Vision (2022-2023), then M&A and Licensing Director at HRA Pharma (2019-2022).

He also spent over 16 years at Essilor, where he successively held the positions of Europe Acquisitions Manager, Senior Business Developer, General Manager, and Europe Procurement and Purchasing Manager.

He began his career at Valeo as a Buyer, before joining CSC Peat Marwick as a Senior Consultant.
