Two GEM Alumni elected to the CNOSF High-Level Athletes Commission
Laura Tarantola, PGE 2019 - IFC 2017, and Pierre Houin, PGE 2021, both graduates of Grenoble École de Management, have just been elected to the French National Olympic and Sports Committee's (CNOSF) Commission des Athlètes de Haut Niveau (CAHN) for the 2025-2029 term.
These two figures of French rowing, respectively Olympic Vice-Champion in Tokyo in 2021 / World Champion in 2017 and Olympic Champion in 2016 in Rio / World Champion in lightweight single sculls, are now committed to representing the voices of athletes within this strategic body.
Their careers illustrate a dual commitment: sporting excellence and the desire to actively contribute to the development of sport in France, particularly in key areas such as retraining, equality, mental health and sustainable performance.
Their election testifies to their legitimacy and commitment to the national sporting community.
